Great pricing and great service is why I made the decision to go over to DISH Network. As a new customer DISH gives great promotional pricing, with awesome receiver upgrades. They even offer Free HD programming to qualified custs. Direct doesn't offer Free HD on their basic package. Also DISH received a "C" rating from the BBB, while Direct fell far behind with a sad "F" rating. Also working with DISH I am proud to say that they are also number 1 in customer satisfaction. Direct again behind in the number 2 spot. I'd say from personal experience that if your looking for the best offer, definitely check out DISH! :)
